Six tiers, real perks, full transparency on where every dollar goes. No equity given, no platform middleman — backing happens direct on this page once Stripe Payment Links are wired. Reserve your tier now and you'll be first in line.
Each tier is a real spot on the land's story — your name on the Founders Wall, retreat preorders you actually use, naming opportunities for trees and benches and cabins. Pick the level that fits where you are.
$250,000 funds phase 1 — getting on the land, getting off the grid, breaking ground on the home + workshop, and standing up the first piece of the retreat. Every category is published with current state, current cost, and what was actually spent when receipts come in.
Down payment + closing costs on the property. Target: 10-40 acre Missouri parcel with water, southern exposure, road access, soil that holds a food forest.
Solar array + battery bank, drilled well + pressure system, septic, woodstove + backup heat. The "we don't rely on the grid for anything" infrastructure.
Initial home build (modest, efficient, beautiful). Workshop where Production Modules + 3D-printed home tech gets prototyped. Both completed in phase 1.
Earthworks (swales, ponds, contour design), initial perennial planting, soil amendment, first season's gardens. The food forest's seed-year investment.
1-2 simple cabins for visitors, a gathering space, the basic systems for the retreat function. Opens the gate, even if just for a small first cohort.
No. Backing is perks-based, not equity. You get the perks listed on your tier; you don't own a percentage of the property or future income. This keeps the structure simple, avoids SEC complications, and lets the project move at real speed instead of compliance-speed. If equity-based funding makes sense later, that's a separate vehicle on a separate platform.
No. This isn't a Kickstarter with a clock — it's a build I'm committed to seeing through. Funds deploy as they come in toward land scouting, legal setup, and the first phase of infrastructure. If $250K takes three months, we move faster. If it takes longer, we still move. The vision doesn't get shelved because a calendar runs out.
Backing is a financial commitment to the project. Because there's no fixed end date and dollars deploy into real work as they come in — land scouting trips, legal setup, infrastructure groundwork — individual tier purchases are non-refundable. The trade is straightforward: your backing buys the perks listed on your tier plus a place in the story of how this got built. If you're not sure, start at a smaller tier — you can always upgrade later.
Phase 1 retreat (1-2 cabins, gathering space) targets 18-30 months from land closing. Earlier is possible if everything lines up; later is possible if it doesn't. Retreat credits don't expire — when the gate opens, they're good.
Separate project, related vision. Backers at Path Walker and above get a signed digital copy when the book ships. Hardcover at Threshold+. Architect tier gets profiled in the book (consent required).
Stripe — same payment infrastructure used by millions of businesses. Each tier button opens a secure Stripe checkout page. You'll get an emailed receipt from Stripe immediately and a confirmation from us within 24 hours.
Yes. Upgrade anytime by emailing the address in your Stripe receipt. We carry the difference forward and reissue your perks at the higher tier.
