Today this site goes from a single-page vision to a full project surface — a place to actually back the build, see where every dollar will go, and follow the journey from land search forward.

Where things stand right now: Land vision is well-documented. Sovereign Era framework is in active writing. My Sovi AI platform is operational on Nate's VPS and being prepared for SaaS customer deployment. Healing Hands By Nate is generating recurring revenue. Marketing-with-Nate is being repositioned for high-ticket client work. The income engine for funding this build is real and running.

What's NOT yet started: active land search and the build itself. Today is the day backing opens. As funds come in, the land search escalates from research to scouting trips to offers. There's no calendar deadline on this — it moves at the pace the support allows, and it doesn't stop until the land is closed and the first cabin is up.

What backers can expect in the next 30 days: Stripe is wired and live — backing buttons take you straight to checkout. The progress bar on the Back It page updates as payments come in. First report on backer counts by tier. If momentum is strong, land search starts in parallel — boots-on-the-ground visits to candidate parcels in Missouri.

Each monthly update covers: backer count + total raised by tier, real money spent (when there's anything to report), land search progress, any significant build decisions, and a section called "the honest part" that names what's harder than expected.

If something significant happens between monthly posts — a land deal closes, a major contractor commits, a phase milestone hits — that gets its own out-of-cadence post immediately.
